Gulf Stream - Mahi and Tuna Day
Left dock at 5:00am with a great crew out of South Carolina. Seas at 3-4 feet with 10-15knot winds. Started the troll with a mahi spread of ballyhoo and had immediate action from when we put the lines in. Great class of mahi throughout the day. Found some nice temperature breaks. Blackfin tuna bite was also strong. Finished the day with 12 large Mahi and 6 Blackfin Tuna which was plenty of fish to fill the massive cooler they brought. We even enjoyed some Blackfin tuna sushimi style with soy sauce and wasabi.
